Question : What is my primary email account ? What is the initial password for my primary email account ?
Answer : Your primary email account is: your user name@bdonline.com
And the default password is: welcome
Question : How can I create additional email accounts ?
Answer : Go to http://www.proshikanet.com and click on the Control Panel button and follow the steps stated in that page. You will find a link for creating additional email accounts [Maximum 3 additional email accounts is allowed].
Question : Why I can't check mail ?
Answer : Error 1: Detail error message-General description: Error caused by invalid info, incorrect setup, incorrect permission setting, etc Detailed message: Fail to logon POP server: AUTHORIZATION, PASS failed: -ERR [AUTH] Password supplied for meena (for an example) is incorrect. 
OR -- <Dominate>, Logging into POP server, Pass [0.0 AM]
There has been an error transferring your mail. I said: PASS <shhh! Don't tell any one> and then the POP server

Cause: The password typed for the e-mail account is incorrect. 
Solution: Type the correct e-mail password.

Error 2: Pop lock busy
Cause: If you have disconnected abnormally, while checking your mail.
If you check you mail using Web (Browser) and email Software (ie. Eudora) at the same time.
Solution: Try after some time (10 min). If you are checking from web page, refresh the web page. If the problem has not been solved, call customer support.

Error 3: Connecting to Mail server... ... [0.0 AM],
Error getting network address for "mail...". Cause host not found (11001)
Cause: The incoming mail server name is incorrect or TCP/IP does not work properly.
Solution: Type the correct incoming mail server (pop) or reconfigure TCP/IP.

Error 4: All configurations in e-mail software are correct but can't check mail.
Cause: The double TCP/IP for dialup adapter is present in the network property option.
Solution: Check if there is double TCP/IP for dialup adapter in the network property. If there are two remove one.
Question : Why I'm facing problems in sending email ?
Answer : Error 1: <dominant> Resolving address for "mail...." 
Error getting network address for "mail.bd..."Cause: host
Not found (11001) csupport
Cause: SMTP or sending mail server is incorrect
Solution: Type the correct SMTP server/Check TCP/IP settings

Error 2: <Dominant> 1 messages, left to send, RCPT
TO: cspport@bdonline.com can't send to
'csupport@bdonline.com'. The server gives this reason: '550
<csupport@bdonline.com>......... user unknown'
Cause: The e-mail address is incorrect.
Solution:  Type the correct e-mail address. Here the actual e-mail address is csupport@bdonline.com.

Error 3: When the e-mail is send the mail has gone but after sometimes it returns with a subject "Returned mail: Host unknown (Name server: dsj.bdonline.com: host not found) "from"Mail Delivery Subsystem <MAILERDAEMON@korotoa.bdonline.com>"
Cause: The e-mail address (if different ISP) or domain name is incorrect i.e. the address is inactive.
Solution: Type the correct e-mail address
