Problem :	The modem is not responding properly / the computer could not detect the modem / there is a hardware failure in the modem.
Solution :	Check that the modem is plugged in properly or the switch of the modem is on. If the problem cannot be fixed please diagnostic the modem from control panel.
Problem :	The port is already open.
Solution :	Find and close that communication software. Restart your computer if it exists. It you still face the problem re-install the modem. Please use proper driver to install modem.
